Refund policy
At LIFEWOVEN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- The product is in its original condition.
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear (Bras, Panties, Shapewear, Camisoles, Slips)
- Socks
- Accessories
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item
- Manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
- Wrong product received
- Defective items
If your requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
5. Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refund will be approved within 2–3 business days.
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Wrong product
- Damaged item
- Manufacturing defect
LIFEWOVEN will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply.

9. Refund Timeline
